Use md2html instead of pandoc2html?

Is there a particular reason to use pandoc2html instead of md2html to render the reports? The advantage for using md2html is that you don't need pandoc, but then again you lose pandoc extensions.

Hmm no, I think that I was looking at 0.2.5 documentation, and didn't know about the existence of md2html

Yes, and make pandoc an optional dependency, maybe add a comment in the welcome page about installing it if you want pandoc extensions.
