Spyder 5.5.0 release

An issue to follow up Spyder 5.5.0 release.

New dependencies or version requirements updates:

• spyder-kernels to >=2.5.0
• python-lsp-server to >=1.9
• qtconsole to >=5.5.0
• qdarkstyle to >=3.2.0 (PR: Update minimal required version of QDarkstyle to >=3.2,<3.3 #21465)
• pylint to <3.1 (PR: Update minimal required version of pylint to >=2.5.0,<3.1 #21470)
  • Address comments regarding LSP: PR: Update minimal required version of pylint to >=2.5.0,<3.1 #21470 (review)
• ìpython >=8.17.1 handling (currently incompatible) >8.16.2;<8.17.2 handling incompatible/buggy versions (Spyder not working with IPython 8.17.1 #21472)
• pyqt >=5.10 (PR: Increase minimal supported PyQt version to 5.10 #21500)

Other things:

• Translations:
  • Update base strings (PR: Update translations for 5.5.0 #21442)
  • Update translated strings (PR: Update translations from Crowdin #21444)
• Other missing milestone issues/PRs (https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/milestone/130)
