Delay to activate for frequent plug-in/out

Hi,

sometimes I have issues with out AA (Android Auto) not sure if related to BatterChargeLimit (BCL) or not but I end up plugging in and out a bit attempt to fix AA.

So feature idea. Add configurable delay when BCL kicks in (so I can say after charger connect wait x minutes before setting the limits)

I think what would help with my frequent plugin/out and also might reduce any chance that BCL interferes with AA

I heavily doubt that this would actually help your situation, but it might help in some situations and is worth considering.
PRs welcome, otherwise this is low-priority. (i.e. likely won't happen at any time...)
