#52 broke the grafana dashboard

PR #52 broke the grafana front panel configuration. We could either replace all references in the frontpanel yml file (e.g. spine1 -> spine1:57400) or revert PR #52

we need to update the frontpanel, since the original config was not valid as far the port config was concerned
