Display an alert if an applicant is marked "accepted" in more than one domain.

Issue In

Expected Behavior

An actual alert, notifying this condition when we click the applicant name... or Label with some attension border in main list and when we click. Make sure to display clash with which domain when hovered in main list or mentioned when the applicant card is open. (also maybe Try to integrate it with pending).

Current Behavior

No alert is being shown, leading to clashes in very future time.
