Splitting off from #1655 to double check that there is not content in this ms that isn't in the entry from Wright (cf. this comment).

It looks like this is one of the 14,451 and 14,451* manuscripts, so a close review of this to make sure we get it right -- and perhaps a BL consultation -- is needed. (cf. email from Michael Penn in mid-June 2024 for more details about this ms)
