Ideally in browse and search, the resulting records would either be a single-part manuscript (i.e., //msDesc[not(msPart)] or the ms parts of a multi-part manuscript (i.e., //msPart). This is because in virtually every case, the containing msDesc for a multi-part manuscript doesn't much additional useful information.

We should discuss technical feasibility and what info is needed about the data to facilitate.
