Please take a look at person/2813. It looks like Zadoy is the author or redactor of a text that commemorate Zadoy (see the event in this person record) but the work has the title "Jonas the Anchorite" (work/257). Jonas is not listed as a name variant in this person record and a search of SBD does not turn up an immediate match for this Jonah/Jonas.

Compare note/@type="abstract" where the subject of the record is described as the author of a work and event/@type="attestation" where the same subject is listed as being commemorated in that same work.

FWIW, I found these records by searching at this path: //text[//note[contains(., 'author')]][//event[contains(., 'commemorate')]]//note[@type='abstract']. I'm not sure this captures every instance of the problem but it should at least come close.
