Add research part of website

Need to define what data researchers will have access to, and in what format.

Then add appropriate endpoints to the backend and display the data in the frontend.

Maybe? Although I would tend to say no, in that not having this feature doesn't prevent the core functionality from being tested, milestones being added, users added & using the website, etc

Research part:

• display avg & standard deviation of scores as a function of ages
• offer filtering / sub-sample selection of the above, e.g. pre-natal, etc
• provide either full data, or subset of data for users who registered with this researcher's code
• flag potential outliers based on criteria (specific criteria to be determined)
• download as csv
