Install the following packages:
- node.js, for Coffeescript
- Coffeescript, for code compilation
- Toaster, for project building
To run toaster in continuous build mode, simply execute toaster --watch from
the project root.
I use qUnit, a jUnit-like testing framework for Javascript.
