You cannot perform symbolic linking with the client. Implement ln / symlink commands.

Usage: push-sftp ln [-hsV] <linkTarget> <link>
Link remote file
      <linkTarget>   File to link to
      <link>         Path of link file
  -h, --help         Show this help message and exit.
  -s                 symbolic link
  -V, --version      Print version information and exit.
