test_rdmaNic_short_tests_002_app_mpi_IMB_MPI1 regularly times out

This test regularly hits the 300 second mark on all of our testing machines. I haven't checked the test output to see if it's hanging or if it's simply the test machines being under heavy load, but this seems to be the only current test that randomly misbehaves.
