Move meta tasks to sot-dynamic-pinocchio? #83

The meta-tasks in src/dynamic_graph/sot/core all take a DynamicPinocchio object as parmeter and rely on the presence of certain signals. Therefore, I believe they are more properly put in the sot-dynamic-pinocchio repository. This might be a good occasion to clean them, providing a uniform interface and solving a few issues (such as #72). What do you think?
