Issue with connect supabase

Describe the bug

After creating the project, I clicked the connect supabase button and supabase was connected, but all the files written before connecting supabase disappeared and only the .env file remained!

As you can see, the files shown in the picture were created, but after I connected supabase, the remaining files disappeared and the .env file itself remained!
