1) Total grant amount: $1,300

2) Project Description:

Syndi The Community Co-Pilot is a suite of AI Agents that accelerate the:

  • RecruIting
  • Onboarding
  • Ideation
  • Prototyping
  • Testing and
  • Go-to-market…

…of key founders and projects across all six pillars of the Stacks DeGrants Community without them having to burn through a pile of cash during the building process.

3) Impact:

Thus far, Syndi The Community Co-Pilot has been instrumental in getting the following Stacks projects off the ground:

Syndi The Community Co-Pilot consists of a suite of Agents operating across ALL six pillars of the Stacks DeGrants Ecosystem which will accomplish the following:

Qualitative Impact

  • Onboard new stacks members and quickly identify their knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes so they can become productive within the Stacks community faster
  • Evaluate and Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses of Stacks Projects & Founders by leveraging the ExO Model
  • Reduce leadership time spent on FAQs so they can do high-value tasks
  • Act as a Headhunter & Matchmaker between stacks members to make recruiting new team members easier, faster, and more automated given their strengths and weaknesses from the ExO Model assessment
  • Teach Stacks members how to create their own AIs

Quantitative Impact:

  • Number of new users onboarded
  • Number of new connections made between users
  • Leadership time recovered
  • Number of prototypes accelerated
  • Number of Stacks Members able to create either own AIs

4) Project Timelines, Milestones, and Deliverables:

The number one risk to the project is running out of AI credits due to the popularity of the solution.

For example, we don’t want the AI solution to become popular in October and run out of credits because we spent all the funding. Therefore, we’ll be preserving as much grant funding as possible to cover the AI credits through to October 31st 2024.

Kick-off payment: 0% - $0

Milestone 1: 12% - $150.00 - August 22nd, 2024
Deliverables:

  • $150.00 will be used to fund the initial tooling and initial testing with members like PeaceLoveMusic for DeOrgnized (sample), of which the following amounts will be used for the following AI & Automation tooling:
  • ElevenLabs.ai for cloning | $22/month + Tax
  • Voiceflow.com for chatbot design | $50/month + Tax
  • Make.com for automation | $34.12/month + Tax
  • AssemblyAI for transcription | Usage-Based + Tax
  • Flowjin.com for mp3s generation from audio events by stacks members | $49/month + Tax

All invoices paid for will be provided as a part of the Audit for our deliverables.

Milestone 2: 22% - $300.00 - August 31st, 2024
Deliverables:

  • One Stacks DeGrants AI Buildathon on Spaces that teach members how to create their own AIs. Link to a recorded space along with blog and video tutorials will be provided in a single twitter thread accessible by the public.
  • Syndi The Community Co-Pilot as Agents (Link will be provided wherein all agents will be accessible by the public)
  • AI Onboarding Agent - creation, testing, and deployment for use (v1). The purpose of the Onboarding Agent is to capture and process new community members when they first join the Stacks Ecosystem.
  • AI ExO Evaluation Agent - creating creation, testing, and deployment for use (v1). The purpose of the ExO Evaluation Agent will be to identify the SWOT of key projects within key Stacks Ecosystem Founders & Projects so that they can attract the right complementary talent.
  • AI FAQ Agent - creation, testing, and deployment for use (v1). The purpose of the FAQ Agent is to answer community questions that commonly come up in spaces so leaders can focus on leadership rather than spending time answering helpdesk-type questions.
  • Impact Audit reporting on the Qualitative and Quantitative Impact Metrics & Significant Changes, Improvements and Bug Fixes

Milestone 3: 33% - $425.00 - September 21st, 2024
Deliverables:

  • One Stacks DeGrants AI Buildathon on Spaces that teach members how to create their own AIs. Link to a recorded space along with blog and video tutorials in a single twitter thread.
  • Syndi The Community Co-Pilot as Agents (Link will be provided wherein all agents will be provided)
  • AI Onboarding Agent - creation, testing, and deployment for use (v2).
  • AI ExO Evaluation Agent creating creation, testing, and deployment for use (v2).
  • AI FAQ Agent creating creation, testing, and deployment for use (v2).
  • AI Professional Matchmaking Agent creation, testing, and deployment for use (v1). This Professional Matchmaking Agent will leverage the ExO Evaluation Agent to cross-pollinate complementary talent based on SWOT.
  • An Impact Audit reporting on the Qualitative and Quantitative Impact Metrics & Significant Changes, Improvements and Bug Fixes from v1 to v2

Milestone 4: 33% - $425.00 - October 15th, 2024
Deliverables:

  • One Stacks DeGrants AI Buildathon on Spaces that teach members how to create their own AIs. Link to a recorded space along with blog and video tutorials in a single twitter thread.
  • Syndi The Community Co-Pilot as Agents (Link will be provided wherein all agents will be provided)
  • AI Onboarding Agent - creation, testing, and deployment for use (v3).
  • AI ExO Evaluation Agent creating creation, testing, and deployment for use (v3).
  • AI FAQ Agent creating creation, testing, and deployment for use (v3).
  • AI Professional Matchmaking Agent creation, testing, and deployment for use (v2).
  • An Impact Audit reporting on the Qualitative and Quantitative Impact Metrics & Significant Changes, Improvements and Bug Fixes from v1 to v2 to v3

5) Is / will this project be open-sourced?
Certain aspects of this initiative will be open-sourced.

  • The AI conversation flow will be open-sourced (.vfs file which is a voiceflow file that anyone can use to replicate the entire conversation flow))
  • Certain aspects of the body of knowledge that goes into training the AIs (Github repos, etc.)
  • We have a body of knowledge that sits behind the AI that we’ve been developing for four years; this is the aspect that won’t be open-sourced
  • We’re also doing Buildathons with the Stacks DeGrants community to show them how to do what we’re doing.
  • For now, the project will not be open-sourced. However, lead stewards (and HeroGamer or Goodkitty selected community members) can be given access to the GitHub repository for monitoring progress.

How might we improve the Stacks Interactive Ecosystem Visualization?

  • Fix all links
  • Add branch for Creators (Artists)
  • Ensure that everyone in the stacks ecosystem can embed the visualization on their page
  • Add the Syndi Suite of AI Agents trained on Stacks so they can have a visual, interactive, and conversational experience all on one screen.

After testing the Syndi AI Suite of Agents, we now know the information we're getting back on really technical questions is valid.

How might we improve The Syndi AI Suite of Agents for Stacks?

  • Make the token size larger for more complex questions
  • Have all of the agents in one conversational bot so people don't have to go to different places
  • Ensure the suite of agents is embeddable so anyone can add the chatbot to their website
  • To really be captivating and emotionally enthralling, use a human cloned voice.
  • Enable Power Users to access and create their own AIs using tools like NotebookLM

Right now, 7 different power users in the stacks ecosystem are using the NotebookLM creating specifically for Stacks. NotebookLM was voted one of the top 100 inventions by Time Magazine. Bonus: it's free.

The Syndicate AI Buildathons on Stacks have been very effective. So effective that artists now are learning how to code with AI.

The Syndicate | Stacks AI Buildathon had 270 attendees. View Details

The spaces immediately following the Charisma Exploit had a combined audience of 1,500.

How might we improve the Syndicate AI Buildathons on Stacks?

  • Group buildathons are great at helping The Stacks Ecosystem identify what products are needed on the ground.
  • One-on-one AI Buildathons are the most effective way to turn key Founders in the stacks ecosystem into developers following Group Buildathons.
  • Creatives like artists are very interested in learning how to code and just need access to mentors that can help them when they get stuck.
  • There is an opportunity for Business Buildathons where Founders in Web2 who already have businesses are introduced to the stacks ecosystem of product and service catalogs.

Conclusion

As we're connected to the key founders and projects in the Stacks Ecosystem through various Twitter DM Groups, we're currently incorporating user feedback into the AI. For example, here's a response from Rapha given a response from the AI about how Nakomoto works and why Nakomoto block performance might be surprising in the early days for observers.
