Common? Android? - Recycled Instructions

In some case(s), I'm seeing instructions that are from the initial maneuver of the route getting recycled later in the session.

Example

Using a simple route with a right then some straight distance and then a left.

1. I'll complete the right turn onto x street, all seems ok.
2. I'll approach the next turn and get a voice update expected, but the contents of the update will be that initial maneuver. "turn right onto x street". When the maneuver is definitely "turn left on y street."
3. Looking at the instructions banner, this will also be incorrectly showing the first maneuver with the right arrow.

I've investigate the route provided by my routing API and it's totally fine. Furthermore, recreating the scenario in an android emulator resulted in a perfectly normal session.

As a result, I'm not sure what's going on. I would've guessed this was an android issue, but with the instructions note too, it may well be associated with the common library's handling of a specific event.
