Missing tiles in Bangkok area

Hi all,

some tiles have been found missing in the Bangkok area at a certain level (14 or greater, apparently).

An example of location where the tiles are missing is: http://maps.stamen.com/terrain/#14/13.9093/100.4022

When trying to request tiles in this area, the returned status of the request is 404.
