Added Donate page and trimmed spacing of the text links.
You can have more horisontal spacing on mobile if you change Terms of Service to ToS.

The figma mockup versions for desktop, tablet and mobile are ready.
The design is altered slightly to better accommodate the Donate link (the GitHub link has been removed since it's already accessible as an icon). You can change the STAMPCHAIN link to US if you like that better ?!?

The version layers are marked 🟢 and ready for dev.

• spacing/padding between internal rows of content changed

• except the social icons are large
• and the background overlay width is changed in figma (just a visual thing)
