Feature request: Use first line of note as title, saves time

I've seen that feature in Simplenote and really got used to it. Saves so much time. Could you guys make this feature an opt-in or something?

Not likely to change. Our architecture is very different, generally. Editor extensions means every editor would have to override their behavior to support this feature.
