Preview bugs in Markdown Pro editor

Describe the bug

I came across 2 bugs in Markdown Pro editing mode. I explain them below with screenshots.

To Reproduce

In the editing mode I have a table with the following keyboard shortcuts:

The blue highlight is not correct. The preview of the table is as expected:
