U2F request on login but not turned on

Hi all,
I have an issue where I am logged into Standard Notes 3.149.4 (SN Productivity subscription) from my Linux laptop (PopOS), no problems.

On my work laptop, MacBook Pro (M1), I downloaded the _Apple Silicon_installer from the Std Notes site and installed OK, but when I try and log in on the Mac, a popup is displayed saying Please Authenticate with your U2F Device with a button to click that is labelled _Authenticate Device. When I click on the button I get an error that says Could not generate authenticator authentication. options: is invalid domain.

I get the same issue when trying to log into the Web App.
Could it be due to the Mac being locked down in some way due to it being a work laptop with some enterprise controls??
