Still nobody has a solution? Enabling new hardware is already on but the page still only shows loading..

I'm not sure but I think it's related to the Domoticz user not having viewing rights to the device this plugin needs.
As a Domoticz user you don't have access to unused devices (there are some changes made in this lately). For the admin user you have to remove all allowed devices in the user settings in order to see also the unused ones. Yes that's not very intuitive but after that the plugin list is shown again.

I got it working...
I don't know exactly what I did to get it working, but check the following:
in "setup/devices" filter on the name of the hardware device you created for python plugin manager.
for me "python plugin manager".
There should be 1 Text device with a LOT of text data. (maybe enable "create devices" in settings? for me it was enabled)
If you have the device go to "setup/users" click on "set devices" next to your user.
Add the device to you devices (or clear the list on the right completely to have all devices)
