Cannot install/open on Windows: Panic: runtime error: slice bounds

Describe the bug
Clicking the exe file, the program cannot install nor open.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute "stash-win.exe"
2. See error (screenshot below)

Expected behavior
The program should install / open

Looks like an issue with writing to your config file. The stack trace looks like it's trying to write an ini file. Is this a fresh new system, or an existing one?
