I suppose you could back up the Stash database on one device and restore it on another... But why not just host Stash from the device capable of the generation? You can access the Stash content through a web browser on your other device(s). |

You could experiment with using your PC to access the Stash application paths (and database) over a network share. So it might be possible, but also unadvisable. I am not sure SQLite was designed to have multiple processes access it, much less remotely1. A more tedious solution would be as I suggested above with the network shared application paths, except for the database. Make a script to copy the sqlite database to your PC location. Run the generation tasks on your PC. Then copy the database back to your NAS location. Footnotes |

Is it possible to offload the generation process to another device?
Or basically to generate everything on one device and copy everything to another without conflicts?
Mostly because my stash-device is not that powerful.
I tried setting up another stash instance on the other device, but then all scene-ids are different.
I appreciate any help/suggestions.
