Can you use Statamic as a dependency in a paid Saas app?

Unsure if this is allowed in the platform pricing (https://statamic.com/pricing) or prohibited because of this FAQ on this page:

"Can I include Statamic in my own product?
Probably not. Statamic Pro can't really be packaged as a dependency of another commercial project. However, feel free to reach out and chat with us, maybe there's something we can do depending on what you're building."

For more detail:

• App is in Laravel
• Multi-tenant
• Paid monthly subscription
• Currently does email marketing
• Want to add website builder
