This might be basic, but if Antlers is about the same as Blade, then would it be better to just use Blade from the start IF one is developing another app alongside Statamic? Or is Antlers much better, so one should develop the Laravel App within Statamic's framework? |

tl;dr
Antlers and Blade both have their shortcomings atm.
But Statamic will very soon have improved Antlers functionality + increased Blade integration.
So ultimately it would be simply a matter of preference on how you wanna do things!
