BEM-ify consolidated CSS extracted from components #10

Styles were spread across and repeated in components in Bravo2.
Consolidated styles in src/assets/bravo.css

The extracted classes have not all been renamed to follow BEM conventions.
Refactor bravo classes to follow BEM conventions.
