Answers the questions:

  • Does this gene have any eQTs?
  • What is the variant, tissue, pip, credible set id, and direction of each eQTL?

Feature is done when:

  • Gene page indicates how many eQTLs a gene has.
  • Gene page has a table listing each eQTL that affects the gene.
  • The eQTL contains the following information for each gene:
    • variant id
    • tissue of origin
    • pip
    • credible set id
    • directionality of expression change (increase/decrease)

Would this all be displayed at the same time or is it a progression of opening (bottom section an expansion of the table on the right?)

There are three components show here: two tables and a text section. The tables will occupy the top of the tab with the text description below. This is essentially what's already there. The change to the existing view is that the eQTL tab title will need to have the count added in.
