User reported that the selected language cannot be kept when editing "Claims and Evidence" of a case.

Performed testing, issue can be replicated in staging env.

Screen shots:

Login, edit a case, change language from English to Spanish

Front end changed to show labels in Spanish, click "Claims and Evidence" relation manager tab
