Add SIWE warnings to the authentication dialog.

Depends on #16317

FIGMA

Acceptance criteria

  • User stories are defined
  • QML tests are added
  • Domain mismatch warning is visible when the domain is wrong
  • Account mismatch warning is visible when the account is wrong
  • Sign in button is disabled when the warning is triggered
  • Sign in button is enabled when the warning is triggered and the user checks the I’m aware of the risks and choose to proceed checkbox
