Communities not synced through device sync

Description

When we do device sync after installing mobile app with desktop, i have noticed that all communities that i am part of are not shown in mobile. In fact, initially 2 communities were shown and a few minutes later 3rd one (Status) appeared magically.
The 4th community that i am part of is not even show in the mobile app.

Steps to reproduce

1. Prepare desktop instance with few communities
2. Install mobile app
3. Sync mobile with desktop

Expected behavior

All communities are synced to mobile.

Actual behavior

Not all communities are synced, moreover some are synced with significant delay.

It seems SyncInstallationCommunity didn't arrive at all.
