Log and Display IDs for Contact Requests and Join Community Requests

User Story

As a developer, QA engineer
I want Contact Request and Join Community Request IDs to be logged in geth.log,
so that I can simplify debugging when these requests are not delivered.

Acceptance Criteria (Iteration 1)

• The system logs IDs of Contact Requests and Join Community Requests in geth.log.

Acceptance Criteria (Iteration 2)

• Users can copy these request IDs from the UI, similar to how message IDs were implemented in [this PR](feat(messenger): Add option to copy active message ID #22018).
