[Feature Request] Add a filter for "tabs that have recently played a sound"

This would be really useful when you have many tabs open, hear a sound, and have no idea where it came from. The built-in audio symbol that appears on tabs playing sound is helpful, but often can't be found fast enough before it goes away.

Having a way to sort tabs by how recently they made a sound, or filter to display tabs that have made sound in the last minute, would really help
