add src_bldg_height in ini file and make_static.py

Hi,
I like the option to specifiy the attribute in shp files for landuse and pavement type. It would be great to have that also available for other parameters like building height, buidling id, building class etc.
What do you think?

That's actually a good idea, and not that much effort i believe. Will be taken up for the next release.
cannot promise though when that is ready, the weather is way too nice currently. :)
