Multimercluster error in tutorial

Great job! I encountered an issue while using Foldseek Multimer Cluster:

When running the tutorial code foldseek easy-multimercluster example/ clu tmp --multimer-tm-threshold 0.65 --chain-tm-threshold 0.5 --interface-tm-threshold 0.65, I received an error stating that there is no module called interface-tm-threshold. Can I simply replace it with interface-lddt-threshold?

Yes. it was a typo.
interface-lddt-threshold should be used.

Thank you. Does the interface-lddt-threshold significantly affect the clustering result? I am looking to limit my clustering.
