tabbedex interact incorrectly with fullscreen

actually, it seems the 10th adding in the top comments of the file doesn't work.

for example, if we bind F11 to fullscreen:switch. and move the cursor out of the window, pressing F11 causes double-firing, that makes fullscreen have no effect. But if line 610-617 commented out, fullscreen works fine.
