checksum error for CRC less than 1000 #3

QR codes with CRC less than 1000 are returning error 'Checksum validation failed.' because the validate function is comparing '0028' (checksum) with '28' (hash).

Hello,

I wanted to provide a late update regarding this issue. Despite the time that has passed, I've been utilizing the PR #25 to address the CRC checksum errors occurring for QR codes with CRC less than 1000.
