Ensure all properties are "required"

Hello the Spectral community, I need some help regarding a rule I want to implement in my OpenAPI. I want to control that all properties must be required.
So that means that the number of "required" items equals the number of properties. I want to know if a predefined function exists for this case or if I need to create a custom one (if yes, if you have an idea of the implementation).
