Change Rating algorithm

The rating must be given based on the quality of problems solved but not on the quantity. All the problems can be categorized into 3 types namely Easy, Medium, Hard and rating must be given accordingly. There may be less number of harder problems solved in a user's account but these take more time to solve compared to easier ones.
