[Vue] React Component => ReferenceError: h is not defined

I'm currently trying to get a Rect component working to display Icons, with an input to filter those Icons. And I looked around for ways to do this with Storybook and stumbled across the Storybook for circuit-ui.

They have a component that I wanted to base my own on, because I'm not really a Rect guy - we work mostly with Vue and our Storybook is also inside of a Vue project.

I tried to copy the bare minimum for such a component to our Storybook but I only get the Reference error mentioned in the title:
