Split Migration.MD for better readability and UX

Hey folks,

Just a suggestion, as the migration doc now is ~6000 LOC it becomes almost unusable to search for keywords inside to find an answer.

I think it would help to have also separate individual migration files, that you can merge into one like the above, but also have guides for only one migration, so we avoid all this noise when searching
