Replace text blocks with colored squares in CI

As a developer, our visual tests fail because of font rendering differences between our local machine and CI.

Describe the solution you'd like

In the Alchemist Golden Test library, they cover up the text elements with colored rectangles for the reference images in CI.

I think this would be a great solution that would greatly increase reliability.
