Add a filter to allow adjustment of the preview image size #200

Currently the preview image size for Register Helper is 200x200 - https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-register-helper/blob/dev/classes/class.field.php#L313

We should add in a filter to let user's adjust this value.
