[FEATURE] Add metrics to message produce and consume

message produce and consume in KoP not using the pulsar producer/consumer, so there is no metrics for KoP. We need to add the stats also in KoP to make metics work.

@jiazhai @sijie is KOP related metrics not visible in the Pulsar Dashboard only or its not visible in prometheous+grafana as well?

@sahil-sawhney Currently they are not exposed to topic stats. Hence they will not be shown in metrics endpoint and also not visible in Prometheus+Grafana.
