Section 3.3.1 of https://github.com/streamreasoning/RSP-QL/blob/gh-pages/RSP_Requirements_Design_Document/index.html is unclear as to whether it is proposing the use of punctuations or HTTP chunking. More clarity is needed in this section.

I think this is only an informative discussion. Maybe we can add an introductory sentence saying that there can be different solutions for this, although for this document, I don't think we should mandate the use of one or other solution

The text should be rewritten to make it clear that these are two alternatives, and others may exist.

Perhaps an introductory sentence and then a paragraph on each of the approaches would make it clear.
