Module: stripe-magento1-1.1.9
Magento: OpenMage 19.5.1

From the backend: System -> Configuration -> Payment methods -> Stripe Payments : Webhooks, the message Failed appears after clicking on "Configure".
An error 500 is present in the Apache logs.

The problem doesn't occur by switching to PHP 7.4, the webhooks are created on the Stripe Dashboard.
