Organise File Structure & Add Array Problems

Hi, I would like to organise the file structure by creating folders/directories for greedy algorithms (dijkstra, prim, etc), sorting algorithms (merge sort, bubble sort, etc) , web-dev projects (tic-tac-toe, calculator, etc), and so on.
The current repo has a lot of quality content but due to improper file handling it is not being recognized.

I will also add medium level array problems including:

• Moore's Voting Algorithm
• Next permutation
• Rotate matrix
