I think I've found a bug. In IE 8 on XP, my popups won't display when clicking on cluster label populations.
Clicking around the population number opens it just fine and non clustered markers work as well.
Does the plugin create a new vector label with features at the same position? If this is the case how do I edit the actions on those features to try to find a fix or workaround?

Sorry rrhyne, I don't have (nor want) access to IE 8 or XP.
When I did, OL problems were due to CSS.
Try selecting another CSS.
Try also enabling debugging features on that browser.
