Alpha 1 release of 1.1.0

This is a preliminary alpha release that includes a number of new features, including significant expansion of Talon SRX support (see #41 for details). The TalonSRX code operates as a simple motor controller, but all of the additional functionality with wired input sensors has yet to be tested. This release was created to facilitate this hardware-based testing.
