Handle Cursor Events

While we properly display the cursor on screen, we don't actually handle any cursor events.

Rig up the cursor so that events are passed to the appropriate views. For now, I don't think we need to worry about focus modes or anything else as described Stumpwm and our documentation, and just get something working.
